My thoughts as well.    The stream of material news shortly after the announcement of the pp at .50 drove the share price up and the pp may not have been deemed to fairly represent a fair value of the shares.    TSXv may have felt that the topics within the news (eg MOU in China, etc) were known or reasonably could be expected to be known to insiders and arms length individuals therefore the pp pricing at .50 may have been too advantageous.   This would agree with the decision to seek higher pp now and hold off on releasing further news until organized.
