A LOT OF NEW INVESTORS WILL BE COMING INTO THIS Evolving FINTECH story.
The Research alert that was put out shows the value of a FINTECH user being over $1000 USD.
I did my own comparison using the value of a FB user based on ARPU and extrapolated to adjust for a higher FINTECH ARPU and arrived at a crazy number a while ago.
Those following this bullboard know this.
I have now gone one step further and Also did a comparison with Twitter and Snapchat.
Yeah, I know I'm using social media comps but I'm drawing the reader's attention to relative ARPU as it relates to valuation.
The valuation metrics get crazy if you take a blend of 3 large social media enterprises, namely, FB, Twitter and Snapchat.
The blended user value comes in at a staggering $15,000 plus.
So, in other words, a million FINTECH USERS would be worth $15 BILLION USD.
Insane, huh?
What's not crazy is the RESEARCH Report's $1000 USD per FINTECH user.
They actually neatly justified their rationalization.
My blended model sets the extreme outer limit and takes us to a plane of hyperbolic irrational exuberance.
One thing is for sure: A FINTECH transaction model trumps the social ad model by a Herculean stone's throw.
Social media user valuations:
Twitter
319 million MAU's
$11 billion valuation
$34 per user
$9 Arpu
Snapchat
161 million DAU's
$25 billion valuation
$155 per user
$1.05 Arpu
FB
1.7 billion users
$331 billion
$195 per user
$16 global arpu
Based on Fintech user blended Arpu @ $280:
Worth 17.5x more than a FB user=$3,400
Worth 266x more than Snapchat user=$41,230
Worth 31x more than a Twitter user= $1,054
A blend of all 3 platforms is $15,228 per Fintech user.
