Technology License Revenue vs. Wire Transfer Fees

Technology License Revenue vs. Wire Transfer Fees Hmmmmmm.....

Wire transfer fees earned YTD - $1,032,000
At approx 1.2 Million users, does this mean ARPU at moment is currently only $1 per customer?

Now Technology License Revenue is currently the bread & butter so far at a hair over $10 Million

I read through MD&A and to me the focus is on obtaining licenses & using those licenses as a method to access users and then try promote and expand on ARPU.

Here is where I need a little help to understand.......

This License revenue....  How do they generate this?  Is it by working with other companies and "loaning" them their technology for a fee?  In Return, FGD is granted access to their user base, where they then try to convince users to perform transactions using FGD platforms??

I would like opinions on this.

Also...  I do not like them subsequent event of being served Legal Notice regarding Series G Debentures.  I would assume this in regards to Note 9 of the financials showing current borrowings of $919,000.
Company says this is being looked into... but  I wonder if this issue has anything to do with CFO news as of late.  I am hoping this was an over sight and they eventually get this fixed up.

IMO, the company still has a lot of work to do!

I guess I hold my long position for another Quarter and patiently watch what happens.

Good Luck to Longs!
