I hereby confirm that the email I received was from Andre Itwaru, CEO of FGD. Itwaru also mentioned in his email that they will issue a press release once they sorted out all open points with the OSC. No timelines, however, have been specified in the email.

My personal guess is that it will still take some weeks until then (again: this is my personal speculation only, no timelines havve been provided in the email).

I am looking very much forward to the day when the press release gets out. That day, I will quote this posting again. It will be sooo incredibly embarrassing for you then and you'll completely lose your face and your reputation. The whole forum will then realize what kind of person you are. Good luck ... the clock is ticking ...
