RE:Banx, Rimus, Caliccel

RE:Banx, Rimus, Caliccel Ben, your posts as always are stupid and unhelpful. Unless you were part of the OSC investigation, you didn't know anymore than the rest of us.

As for me, I am not associated with the company in any way. I am a shareholder who stands to lose money in my investment just like the rest of us. This is a public forum and I can post my opinions, even if you disagree with them.

As for the recent FGD news; the news was shocking to us shareholders. However, the effects of the news has been known to us shareholders for a long time now.

The new directors must have already known the details of the OSC investigation. Why did they join FGD? What do they see in FGD that caused them to join? The question is; how will the news affect us as shareholders going forward?

What will happen to the U.S. state licenses now? As Itwaru can no longer be a director of any company and the licenses are based on investigations of the backgrounds of the license holders, how will this affect the purchase?

I am all for a class-action suit against everyone; past directors, current directors, the company's auditor, etc., if it is warranted.

However, perhaps we should wait to hear an update from the new directors of FGD first.
