16 for 1 Rollback

16 for 1 RollbackWow, I am amazed they can do that, if this goes through it will mean the only director of the Company who holds any shares will have a total of 17,343 shares post rollback. This is information taken right out of the information circular. I look at the financial statements and it says there have been 274,807 escrow shares cancelled subsequently to year end. If that is the case does that mean that no directors hold shares in the Company - what is their interest in it except to get paid management fees and issue themselves more shares. Seems a little self serving. I took a look at the BCSC insider reports and it does not coincide with what they reported on their information circular. It sure looks like someone is lying or at least negligent in preparation of the information circular. How can management explain themselves doing a 16 for 1 rollback???????
