Keep in mind comon share holders are at the verry bottom of the food chain. the bond/debenture holders get their fill first, share holders get what is left if anthing.

Maybe but it looks like Andre and his cronies have plenty of money. Plenty. A class action needs to be started and they need to be run, hard, into the ground.  Yes no doubt they have plenty of money hidden off shore. However in commercial litgation I don't believe personal assets can not touched.So if the company has no assets what is there to go after?
