Why is Linda still the CEO of this company?

Why is Linda still the CEO of this company? Under her watch the float has been diluted numerous times with nothing to show for it, other than for a disastrous looking chart. Surprised the Board hasn’t cut her loose. I have plenty of long positions in this space but I would never commit any serious money to MDM with this regime in place. Pathetic!
