RE:RE:RE:LIHTOne could fail and produce. You be could produce and not fail. One could fail and not even produce. The equation produce does equal success is extremely simplified. Moreover, the health Canada liscenses are not in stone because it has to reach certain standards with proper protocols that need to maintained. At this point, the facility contracts aren’t even completely solidified. So, speculation ensues. You want to take your chances? The contracts in Vegas may be worth it but how will movement of funds work between the US and Canada? What if someone makes a call to the IRS to have the Canadian components flagged that are travelling to assist with Vegas operations and “specialized equipment”? 

Short the stock is an excellent option...
