One more thought

Nevada is in an ideal location to become a regional distribution hub for cannabis to the Southwest. 
It is in close proximity to California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Oregon and Washington. This would make it a buy out target by a large MSO or Canadian LP. This, of course, would depend up national legalization. The question is, what would be the buy out price? I do not know...pehaps $20 a share ($10 for fair value plus $10 for the hype).

I would take 20 in a heart beat. I truly think this will be 30 plus with two years though
