FLWR sale completed. Shareholders receive 0 compensation!

Now the sale has been completed and shares delisted, shareholders receive 0 compensation. Is there any consideration of legal action against the corporation due to mismanagement of income receipts, as well as misinformation as to the state of affairs in general?

There should be compensation from the government who apparently falsely charged the executives of the company with illegal production and {12 months later} dropped the charges.
