It appears that the board of FRP prefers contention rather than reasonable business negotiations....

They fought with Solex management at every turn (their own business partners!) and now they are fighting with Eldorado... can these guys not get along with anyone without some sort of a fight? This isnt the way to conduct business. Eldorado is a recognized entity with a decent reputation. Surely they are reasonable... maybe the gltich is with FRP management in not knowing how to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the situation at hand.  Now they have created acrimony which won't help the process will it? Shareholders interests are not being looked after as best they could be in my view.

Well, ELD should realize that making a lowball offer at a critical time for Frontier and then after being rebuffed at the price makes a hostile bid and also contacts the very Government that is about to issue the permit, is both opportunistic and downright bad for bussiness. Both their own and Frontiers. If it turns out that they have now poisioned the well, they have left themselves open to ...more

Haglos........ and other concerned current or potential shareholdersBottom line my friend is that these Pirates (Eldorado) are trying to steal this company from us for pennies on the dollar. We know it and they know it hence the reason they are aggresively pursuing us. Very well said Thasis,And I could not agree more.And I like mgmts shareholders rights plan.And I would not mind more shares ("at a substantial discount") at all :)One positive here regarding Eldorado's bid - a lot of attention
