Why?

Why would an un-Fortuna-te shareholder vote for this deal? Today, such shareholder lost some 18% after the deal announcement.

Would you expect these un-Fortuna-tes to suddenly fall in love with Burkina Faso?

I'm not saying that's impossible - obviously these characters can convince themselves of just about anything so long as they don't have to worry about details like arithmetic. Duh?
