Fortuna will make you a fortune. Be patient

Fortuna is a very well run company. Mr Ganoza doesn't fool around. It's one of a very few companies where management only gets paid if the company advances.
Only about 25% of executive compensation is a given. The raining 75% or so is only paid if short and long term goals are met. I like that.
