Also remember sirit was voted to continue as an entity but of course as a division of Federal. All products and key staff went with the change so the buyout should not materially change Mikoh's deal with sirit.  All IMHO.  Mikoh's had its hands full with CEO change so it would be very surprising if they had other sea changes in their business plan.

Federal's strong interest in sirit had to include contracts that were in the pipeline.  Norbert all but said that at the shareholders meeting when he smiled wryly and said that Federal had done their due diligence in buying the company.
