RE: 8KWhooooo   Over 2 cents per share to pay for Osborne's severance package over the next 12 months.  Plus $1,150 a month for a car and up to $50,000 for executive outplacement services. 

Sure glad he's gone though.  Can't put my finger on why, but the conference call left me with a good feeling.
