RE:RE:Buckle Up

RE:RE:Buckle UpYeah, Fury is the better value vs. DV in my opinion. Fury's share structure is much tighter than DVs and it's dilution should be minimal for the foreseeable future (save for the usual ridiculous amounts of warrants/options being granted to Fury management - but that's just as much for DV anyway).

Tim Clark mentioned in an interview a few months back that if DV were to get taken over, that a dividend to Fury shareholders MIGHT be on the table. Either that or it could be deployed to advance Fury's assets.

The only drawback I see is the desireability of Fury's assets themselves. Nunavut is a shot in the dark and way the hell up in the arctic. Eau Claire is promising, but it makes me wonder why Eastmain was willing to get rid of it in the first place. It's location supposedly falls under a more protected first nations clause called the Paix des Braves Agreement. I also don't like the lowball goal of getting the deposit to 2 million ounces - for as big as the property is, I would hope that they could get it to at least three or four million. No major wants to buy a two million ounce deposit that mostly has to be mined underground. The PEA that Eastmain had done for it in 2018 recommended that $7 million worth of exploration tunneling be done before advancing to a PFS, and I truly wonder how serious Fury is about doing that. That said, from playing around with the numbers in the PEA, it wouldn't surprise me if they could Eau Claire to a $1 billion CAD NPV if they manage to at least double the resource estimate.

Elanore South JV is promising of course, but now they have gone silent on what their plans are there. It's mostly been overpromise and underdeliver with Fury from what I can tell, even only counting from when I first bought four months ago. Ivan was a sore in it's back, and now we have to see how good of a job they can do at cleaning up their act.
