 does anyone know when fury is going to start its drilling program in esjv?. Tim Clark said it would start last march and since then no news.WHY

I'm curious about that as well. The most recent interviews I've watched seem to indicate that they are using all 8.75 million of the FT money raised in March for drilling at Eau Claire/Percival. Maybe there has been a behind the scene push to advance Eau Claire due to it being a lower hanging fruit and better chance of success? I'm not sure.

They shouldn't have to, but nothing would surprise me.  They had 10.3 million in cash as of December last year courtesy mostly of the DV sale. From my understanding, since ESJV is a 50/50 JV, Newmont would match the dollars put into ESJV, so $4 million put into drilling at ESJV should get them approximately the same amount of drilling at Eau Claire. If they couldn't manage to pay ...more
