This is interesting....

This is interesting....From https://www.stockwatch.com/swnet/newsit/newsit_newsit.aspx?bid=U-i0147168-U:VTYE-20060725&symbol=VTYE&news_region=U "In a joint announcement released today, Jon Fullenkamp, CEO of Victory Energy Corporation (OTCBB: VTYE), and George Sharp, former CEO of Victory Capital Holdings Corporation, announced that a legal settlement had been reached." and from the SEC filings... https://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=0001108017%2D06%2D000623%2Etxt&FilePath=%5C2006%5C08%5C21%5C&CoName=VICTORY+ENERGY+CORP&FormType=10QSB&RcvdDate=8%2F21%2F2006&pdf= "On July 24, 2006, all litigation was settled between the Company and the former CEO. The Company settled the case for an estimated value of $280,000 to be realized over a 10-month period ending in May of 2007." Let's see now. That means Sharp won the lawsuit against Safe Environment that everybody said he wouldn't win. Then Sharp as President of SEE won the documents from Rick Watson. Then Sharp beat SEE's lawyer in Calgary when Les hung George out to dry. Then Sharp beat Victory when everybody said he wouldn't win. That makes Sharp 4 for 4. Too bad he wasn't kept on at SEE. He probably would have won the money back from California. I sure would hate to be the next guy Sharp has in his sights.
