Why go through the hassle of only a $ 250,000 private placement? Is it that they can't raise anymore? Lot's of promises here but no delivery. I see by the annual that Les frivolously spends a lot of money on lawsuits. Maybe his money would be better spent on drilling. Oh yeah I forgot. He's always a defendant.

Should be a good next few months...drilling the zinc, getting the 2 wells going etc etc.

i have to admit ive only owned the stock for a short while, since about last Oct/Nov. BUT everything i was told about the company coming on-line with certain things within the first quarter is coming together. if youve been in that long or agonziing as you sound you are, this should be quite encouraging.
