RE:RE:RE:RE:Super undervalued

RE:RE:RE:RE:Super undervaluedLOL Hellz....so either you are short or you have some vested interest in WinView alone -- who else would want Engine to pay a steep price -- tks for taking the costume off and letting us know where you stand.

Your accusations are clearly without merit -- two prestigous law firms have signed on to pursue this case knowing about this counterclaim -- clearly the professionals who do this every day completely disagree with your knee jerk assessment of this issue. Irell & Manella have won more patent infringment cases than anyone in the US and have argued more patent cases at the Supreme Court than any other firm in the USA....good luck trying to convince them that the counterclaim has any value. That's not even mentioning the involvement of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP....two incredible firms that have signed up because they know they are in position to enforce on behalf of their client - Engine Media.

In many estimates it would appear that Rogers as CEO hijacked all of Locktons proprietary inventions & work that he did for many years by creating this Engine entity. Lockton was Winview's founder, Rogers came on as CEO. Likely saw the value in the current market & did the heist.
I'm going to side on the inventor & patent holder here. Who wants their life work to get fleeced from under them, then some time in the future they collect billions on patent claims that were taken, without proper feduciary concerns..just for that I hope Engine pays the steepest of price.

As for being a poor debut on the Nasdaq -- remember that a major financing of approx $30mUSD was done at $7.50 and the holders got a half warrant at $15 -- so the new major investors are still positive and the bag holders are those that have been here for much much longer.

As for the lawsuit -- these things take considerable time to play out. The law firm representing GAME worked with our Chairman on the TiVo patent portfolio and has signed up to work on this lawsuit because they likely think its a winner. This sort of suit would cost tens of millions to fund if the firm were paying for the legal work -- I sispect it is being done on contingency and the only reason that would happen is if this firm in LA who has argued more successful patent portfolio suits than any other firm (at the highest levels) believed there was a high likelihood of success. We shall see in time. As far as the countersuit against Tom and Hank and the patents....clearly the two firms that rep GAME are aware and consider it a nothing burger and not an impediment to filing action.

For me bottom line is we have a company that has cash ($15-$20m is my guess), has Stream Hatchet probably worth around $100m, Frankly probably worth $60m, Eden Games probably worth around $30m, UMG probably worth around $10m, Lawsuit worth is wildcard....so we should be worth around $200-$220mUSD on a concervative basis...or approx $14USD....go figure.

As for being a money losing operation -- looks to me like they are burning all of $1m/month...so we have at least 18months runway...and we are growing so the burn will come down.

This is a growth story is a fantastic space with great sponsors....i see good things in our future (though right now it is painful to watch for sure)

hellz wrote: This may actually see $5 before it ever gets close to sniffing $15 USD. This has been one of the worse NAS debuts, The business is operating at heavy losses, and it's not a gambling company. As a gaming one, really not even Gaming ETFs are pciking it up. They came at the KING & missed, DKNG has the capital to wage war with them for 5+ years if they wish. Bagholders everywhere on this one. This will trade at 1-2x sales in time. Nothing more than a patent troll...In 2026 this may get a few settlement dollars..And please don't forget..the INVENTOR of those Patents are suing them for failure in feduciary..THEY may not even actaully in the end own the patents they are suing on. Get em Lockton!! Go read the lawsuit vs Engine in regards to the patents...

bigops wrote: I simply have to laugh...and cry a bit....we have a market cap of 130mUSD and a revenue run rate around $45mUSD -- so we are trading 3x revenue approx. Most comps are trading 10x-20x revenue....what gives? Bottom line is we have real business units dominating thier verticals and growing -- this negative momentum can only last so long until the fundamentals win the day...it will happen and I still believe we see $20Cdn before Sept.
