RE:Shorters great question -- not to be glib but the simple answer is that it will end as soon as the shorts feel it is too difficult to make another dime here.
from what i can tell there is a lot of naked shorting going on in the US side of the ledger. the entire float of stock has traded almost twice in the past month -- and much of it is tightly held. that is a clear sign this is being played with.
the fundamentals will win the day -- their divisions including Frankly, Eden, Stream Hatchet are all generating great cash and Eden and Stream seem to be growing really nicely with great SAAS type revenue from Stream. heck - Eden Games alone is probbly worth around $40m -- pretty absurd we are trading sub $100m market cap for all the divisions.
as i said in the last posts -- we should be multiples higher even if you consider the lawsuit a $0.
i suspect we will see this end in the coming weeks -- as more people hear the story and understand the revenue drivers, as hopefully analyst coverage begins, more PR&IR and simply less fat on the bones for the shorters to pick away at.....they will move on as they often do to greener pastures.
not too long ago a lot of pretty sophisticated investors put $ in at $7.50 USD with a half warrant at $15 -- we are a much better company 6-8 months later....cashed up and growing the business units...its just a matter of time before the tide turns. jmo
