What insider sales are you talking about? The last selling happened in August (by Electrum, who still hold over 30% of the shares). Apart from that, Pyle, Huerta, Kinyon and Dubas sold some in June, while simultaneously executing options for the same amount of shares. Disaster or opportunity?  I don't remember all the details but it seems to me PVG went through several "disasters" over the years.  Each time the price would drop dramatically and then recover slowly until the next "disaster" was revealed.  I think the grade they're finally minining might be as much as 30% below the initial estimated grade.  PVG is ...more

Yeah, it will be a hamburger helper situation for sure.   They should easily cover expenses until they find enough added silver.   Different situation then Rubicon.  Rubicon had not finished the mill operation so they need to shutdown and go through the re-financing whereby shareholders took it hard like lost 90 % in the re-cap.

PVG grade went from 16 g/T to 8 g/T actual in production.  Gato will not be that bad.  2022 guidance has not changed due to this issue.
