Class Action Investigation: Gatos Silver, Inc.

Kalloghlian Myers LLP, a Toronto-based law firm specializing in investor protection, is investigating a potential shareholder class action against Gatos Silver, Inc. The investigation arises out of the company's January 25, 2022 announcement of errors in the technical report for its Cerros Los Gatos mine.

The only people who benefit from these class action lawsuits are the lawyers.  If the lawsuit actually generated a real payout it would bankrupt the company.  GLTA.
