move down a fake out or justified by the news ?
Gato share price collapsed because the news was really bad OR because some entity decided this was an opportunity to accumulate a leading new silver company cheaply by flushing out the weak hands on the pretext/appearance of supposedly really bad news. This is a common tactic used by deep pockets to steal the shares from the weak hands before a big move up by shorting/creating a false breakdown and then covering their shorts and going long at the bottom. While I have no proof that this was the case here, I am working on the assumption that this was a fake collapse not justified by the news and have loaded up on what looks to be a leading pure silver play that is still owned and backed by the billionaire Thomas Kaplan and his Electrum group. Everyone should do their own due diligence and come to their own conclusion on whether the share price collapse is a fake out move or actually justified ?
