Old article.

 If advisor was skeptical as stated and executives knew that were GBT/Fork investors misled?  Cleary the high profile name was not promoted because he was a skeptic.  

Civil matter?

Yes it does sound contradictory for someone to pay someone to bash their ideas especially for the whole duration of the year . But perhaps he wasn't clear on the timeline . Back in late 2017 blockchain /crypto was a sizzling hot sector with pie in the sky promises . He likely was hired with positive attitude intact and as time went on he started seeing the problems of BLOCs business ventures ...more

Nope, at that time he is claiming bitcoin is a bubble.  So that assumption does not hold. The article highlighting the team was by Theo.  I hold all of the executives accountable.  If fraudulent, people can be personally liable for damages incurred.
