RE:$24$24? Much of it depends on what the Management of CMED have to say about the deal. ACB will not use the $2.85 valuation that CMED slapped them in the face with that's for sure but if ACB agrees to reduces its current market valuation to do this deal to say $5 they may do this deal. 
My take on ACB wanting to do this deal is all to attract a Big Pharma Company like WEED did with a Liquor Company. My take is that CMED is majure but to small to attract a Big Phrama Company and ACB is to young a company but together a Big Pharma company may take notice and get in for 20%. This is all speculation on my part. I would love to see HIP get included in all this as well. All speculation on my part! Best of luck to all shareholders and all IMO!
