RE:RE:RE:What's holding up CMED SH Price at $24I think it was correct to ignore the Aurora volley. 

When you are already in the short strokes of a deal you believe in flitting off to entertain other offers at that stage is an act of bad faith wrt to the people who you in principle have already reached a deal with. There is an odour of bad faith plastered all over this scenario and I think it is emanating from some CMED shareholders so I'm not blaming ACB at all for being business people here. If you are in business and u have leverage and you can stay in bounds using it then you should use it.  You owe that to your own shareholders.

But from the CMED/HIP side of things at a certain point you need to realize that you have to dance with the girl you took to the prom, I think everyone was at the prom when ACB showed up with their deal so ignoring their offer was the only honorable course of action.
