RE:RE:RE:CMED Launches HEAVY Legal Artillery Against ACB & Others !!!"Yet to be served" more likely just means they have not had enough time to serve everyone. You have to first get your lawsuit filed with the court.  Then everyone gets served.  I'm guessing that people are going to get their notices that they are being served over the weekend.   The OSC just finished their bit of all of this today. This is all happening at the tail end of a week so probably got it filed within the last few hours.  Just enough time to file with the court and put out a press release.
