RE:You can stick a fork in......Agreed thorgb1.  Late in the day run up with corresponding volume would indicate market thinks Hip deal is done.  

Question is now what will ACB do.  Of course they had to say they'd walk if Newstrke deal was done, now it will be interesting if they will in fact walk or if they'll still pursue the takeover.  If the share price runs, they may have a hard time keeping up with it.  Hindsight now but they should have pegged an exchange ratio like Cmed did with Hip rather than holding it under the cap and they would have easily been successful, esp with their share price runup without any further dilution.  Got greedy.  

The billion dollar question is what about any players that are sitting on the sideline until this runs its course.  I'd love to see more bevy companies stepping up or lets get some big pharma dough in play. 

Feel bad for the directors being sued, but can't argue they didn't start the fire...
