100% agree thorgb1.  The lawsuit threat against the 38% holders is to give them something to think about that surrendering their shares to the hostile takeover will cost them.  Also interesing they are going after Canaccord who is Aurora's financial investment banker and underwriter.  That would send shivers through Canaccord for sure considering the trading "tape" is available as evidence.

There are confidentiality contracts that Cannimed board members need to uphold and you can bet that lawyers representing them are recommending they act very, very carefully here. That's why they resigned and why this is far from a done deal.  It's certainly not "clean" the way this all unfolded.

The fact is CMED currently trades for about $28 a share, no judge would understand how someone surrendered their shares for just $24 losing $4 per share.
