Brent can't talk to ACB as he's currently suing themSo Brent wants to pick up the phone now except for one small problem....he's suing ACB. How does that work? By engaging in a discussion with ACB he's acknowledging the frivolous nature of his lawsuit (IMO). I am no legal expert, but I think that poses a conflict.

ACB should countersue for Brent (personally) for filing a frivolous lawsuit in an attempt to "injure" ACB. The amount should be less than $725MM CAD but just enough to wipe out his equity stake in whatever deal ends up happening (IMO). We can't encourage Brent's rogue behavior.

Seems like the rest of the BOD are concerned about the downstream impact of this leadership and questionable decision-making processes.
