RE:RE:Brent can't talk to ACB as he's currently suing themIt is likely some others here were correct, that CMED could not engage ACB due to the arrangement with HIP (gage order so to speak) now that HIP has accepted and with HIP’s consent they can talk.  This law suit stuff, I understand CMED stated intention to file and as far as I am aware have not done so yet. But why a sitting board member that boggles my mind.  Personally I liquidated out of both ACB and CMED, and I have a feeling we will have a menage-a-trois on our hands very soon.  I speculated from the start Terry B wanted HIP, who knows if that’s going to happen.  But I really think it would be good for branding in some shape or form.  And right now growing capacity is of paramount importance for any company in the cannabis space if they get hip they get capacity.  Also a takeover is now unlikely ACB can’t afford it, so a merger would be the way to go, if Terry’s ego allow it.
