Why not Sell - RE: ACB Deal

I'm not following what a lot fo you guys are saying.

You are saying the ACB is the best way to go for the company going forward. That deal will give you ACB shares worth $24 at the time. Why are you guys pushing for this?

CMED stock price closed last night at $24.15. If you are long on ACB, sell the shares now above $24, and buy ACB shares. You will see the growth in the ACB shares.

I sold all mine at $24, only got in recently bought up a lot in the 19s and 20s, but why stick through the next 3 months of a stock fluttering around $24, where is the upside?

There's no way of seeing the future with these matters. Money talks .... I'm going to hold onto my CMED shares and if it looks like the ship is about to sink i may sell and start somewhere else. I'm sure CMED would/could bounce back but like some of my other shares.. it's takes a while for things to get better. Some people get blind with greed when it comes to profits... Yes it ...more

All ACB has to do is offer 2 ACB shares for 1 CMED, pot is sweetened at today's prices to $26, and the shares will trade hand in hand.  Cmed gets a bump, Acb ends up using less than 1/2 the shares they originally planned, win-win, done deal. Skater

I agree. When i look at the current volum IMO CMED gains look like insider bid to give the apperance of something good. Again just my guess guys. Give it another week or so and we'll see where this thing will go. I wouldn't want to be our CEO at the moment. I can just imagine those board meetings.
