When is the merge going to occur

HI All,
             I bought Cannimed shares base on the inspiring post on this board, at $39 on Monday.  So when exactly is the merger happening, and both companies share will be represented as one.  Correct me if I am not wrong, as a novice stock invester, is it 1 Cannimed shares will be equivalent to 3.4 shares.

End of Feb early March is what I've heard Yes 3.4 acb to 1 CMED There is a cash option as well but certain limitations. I prefer all shares.
