RE:$WSRCJust read this fun fact on the financials. As far as I can tell $2.3 million is not I'm escrow and it's definitely not available on the financials.
The Company made a non-refundable deposit of US$200,000 in August 2021 for the acquisition of the 664 Acre
Deepe Property through WSRC as described above. The Company will need to pay US$2,300,000 on or before
April 1, 2022 (not completed as of the date of the release of these financial statements) in order to complete the transaction

Question is why isn't Roger at WSRC not saying cancel it, give me those shares and warrants as a trade for the water rights and pump GHG to make way more on the water rights though the shares? There must be a big issue about the development of this project that we don't know. Can't fill such a low PP and Roger doesn't want to negotiate
