All the other companies are now in default...good work guys. Not only did you make our company depreciate by $60,000,000 you haven't upheld your fiduciary responsibilities either. Get lost and let the new board do their job. I'd like to see a declaration from Wolf that he's done this all for free and hasn't accrued any fees. (lol).
Five of our companies are revolked. One is active with directors that don't serve the board. Why doesn't wolf update the info? Perhaps he doesn't want his next victims to find his name on the data bases? Where is his insider report? Does he even have authority to act as an officer without proper authority?
