In the July 8 session: Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez awarded the Plaintiff’s all that they wanted for now and sanctions against Daniel Wolf and others will be dealt after the AGM. The motion for sanctions against Daniel Wolf and co-conspirators will be dealt with (August 17th).
More important than any of the above: Judge Gonzalez has granted the Plaintiff’s request to send out their proxy form and will allow them to set the date for the shareholder’s meeting they are in full control of the meeting and Daniel Wolf is not allowed to interfere.
Heard all the G8 deals are still on the table for the new board and lawyers to work out and bring to fruition.
The cost of returning G8 to health will by done by the lawyers and the new board we elect. This would include clearing up those Cease Trade Orders in Canada, as well as dealing with the instigators who started all this in he US and Canada.
Sounds like the courts will deal with the squatters and extorters.
Where does G8 go from here?
The plaintiffs unmasked Daniel Wolf on record and his plan of repeatly speaking horror of bankruptcy over G8 was cancelled.
In it’s present condition, G8 is a tainted by Roy Hale, Daniel Wolf and a few more extorters. The company will get cleaned up through after the AGM. Shareholder’s will have a better chance of recouping their investments, or better still making a profit, by electing a board an opportunity to get the company back on its feet. (This was not possible, while they were under hi jack of Julio, Dan and Tad.) Apparently SEC will investigate Daniel Wolf and his cronies over the last 12 months of drama.
Would the BC and Alberta Securities Commissions take a similar view in regard to those Cease Trade Orders and how Daniel h Wolf orchestra the hijack of G8 and planned to destroy the company only so he could make millions and leave us with nothing?
Regardless, the shareholders know this is a great company and G8 is willing to do business and I think there is a very good chance the board could transform this into a profitable company for everyone.
Daniel Wolf, Julio Ferreria, Tad Simmons and the rest of the rats will be dealt with on a legal route. I say everyone in Canada or the US who helped Daniel is fully responsible!!!! What do you think?
