He charged about 48K in 2003, 13K in 2004, 0 in 2005, 2006, 2007, in his capacity as a director. How was he charging 8K per month to G8? WORKED AS AN OFFICER AND DIRECTOR - HAS HUGE FUDICIARY RESPONSIBILITES AND LIABILITIES TO SHAREHOLDERS.
Even if his fees totaled 8K per month due to some accounting gymnastics, he was nowhere to be seen before 2002, and resigned in 2007. How does that make 10 years?
