Do you think RH is the Alter Ego of the smear campaign (obvious accomplices)? Do you think it was started been the scenes (in 08) for? a) seek revenge; b) malicious intent; c) to tarnish reputations of innocent people; d) for harassments ; e)corporate espionage; f) targeting wealth; and g) other motives. I must agree, it is a deplorably bad world we live in.
I like what cornerstone taught me, sit back, relax and wait for the pendulum to swing. It sounds similar to little ladies old post: "...[rb] does it cowboy style, give them enough rope and they hang themselves...."
If Baines is guilty, this suit could be used as "case law."
Mburn is not David Baines. I would think David Baines could sue him as an imposter. He probably sends him articles, hoping he'll write an article, and pumps and dumps based on his stories. Check out his posts on Raging Bull (G8,Silverado and many other Companies). He uses Baines stories as his main "tool."
