Smart Rookie what happened?This character, the mortgage broker out of Calgary, AB, Canada just vanished into thin air.
From some of the information, I received it appears he may have been involved in the defamation, libel and malicious plot with our stalk(ing)shareholder and non-shareholders. Does anyone have his name? I know he purchased lots of shares and wonder if he may have pumped them based on the information the stalkers were providing him and then may have ended up as a co-conspiratorand (without realizing it). He and the non-stalkers are liable for the damage done to the share capitalization; which is good for G8 news for G8 shareholders. And libel for othe acts (which I will not get into). Just as with police is you file malicious reports on someone and it is proven, if you file false complainst with Securities Commissions and it is proven, you can both be charged criminally. That's over and above the stalking charge, but I'm sure your lawyer has informed you of that already.

I would say any and all profits he and Hales have made should be returned to the original shareholders. We should also have the Securities Commission investigation the Humphrey's brokerage account. I've received much information. I'll be filing complaints with the ASC for review of his trades. I'll be doing the same for Hales and Humphreys in B.C.
We need a new board of directors' shareholders. We would not submit to the financial demands of Wolf et al, for them to leave. If they cared anything about the shareholders in this company, the hard earned money, vision and dreams they would leave. They will not receive a payday and the first board meeting must include the immediate cancellation of the 14,500.00 shares. Legally, Danielle Wolf is neither an officer or director.
