Wolf &Thomas Breached The Court OrderRoy Hale confirms over telephone calls with shareholders that they received over 100 comments back from the SEC on their proxy so they decided to toss it and move to plan B to create deceit and use the free press to try and sway support. It's backfiring once again. I'm voting for the proxy that was approved by the US SEC nothing esle.
