Fascinating Discussion
As a small US-based holder of this penny-stock, this has been a fascinating discussion, and it seems hard to say which side is telling the truth.
All I can say is that if a company issues stock and collects millions from investors, and there is nothing in the bank and nothing to show for it, then that suggests some problems with the management team prior to 2009, and I am not sure why we would want them back in the driver's seat.
I look forward to reading the results of the legal process in Vegas.
