Libel 101

For starters...does anyone meet this "basic" criteria?


Defamation (libel or slander): If your reputation or that of your business was damaged arising from a false statement someone made about you or others, you may sue for damages. Libel is defamation by way of the printed word or some other permanent form, while slander is spoken.
