Was this not Daniel's plan

Extortion from day one and then Daniel's elaborate plan to use Hawkins to extort $30,000 US up front and then $500,000  US there after? That's how it reads to me. How much was Daniel's cut going to be?

A reminder Daniel, know one has any respect for you, you have no shareholder support and you have lost at everything you have tried, including your marriage. Talking to other shareholders they can not wait until the new board is voted in and you are dealt with!
