No was ever charged in all the rumbish he emailed. But the group who continues to point the finger should really take at closer look at themselves (roy). Raising money during a cease trade is huge huge do do. Can't wait to see how Roy thinks he will get out that one. When your guilty you will try and spin it the other way!
