Vote for an AGM

A law suit of this magnitude will cost anywhere from one-two million. What will we shareholders end up with... Counterlaw suits, instead of getting back to business. $18k won't get you very far in a 5 to 6 year legal battle. I understand Dan Wolf has no assets, what does he have to loose? I find it narcassistic that he would even consider putting you on the front lines, playing russion roulette with your pocket books. If shareholder's agree to sue, then please do. Majority shareholder's will not pay Daniel Wolf any money, and these shares need to be cancelled.

Furthermore, the allegations are baseless with no merit and no truth. Dan Wolf's intent has always been RB's wallet and nothing more. He planned to roll the ball, take his chances and extort RB, after visiting his office (once) i I've posted the emails on here. They're REAL and are the TRUTH. As I said before, I will stand up in any court room and say just that. You might have to chip in on gas though, as I will need a uhaul for all the documents.

First, let this Company have their annual general meeting. Let the owner's, the shareholder's (me and you) decide what is best for G8. In November, 2009, 78% of shareholder's voted these individuals out. It is a disappointment and complete lack of disregard for our rights to continue damaging our Company. Shareholders should be treated like customers, and they should be the most important people within an organization. Not just a minority group, but all of them together.

Think of where we can be in five years, fighting on the court steps or building plants? The choice is yours. I know the extent of work that has went into these projects. When does a Company like G8 get millions and millions of dollars in R&D, drawings, records, pilot plants, etc....to start up, and two decades of experience, plant opening videos, discovery channel episodes, this is a gold mine in itself. Of course others want it to go, because they want it. Believe as you wish, do as you choose, but if something is not done we will all be out of our investment, period. All the shareholder's want is an AGM, it's that simple. Thermo Tech was not a scam and neither are any of these other Companys.

Daniel Wolf, through his unethical practises took over G8, without appointment. Shareholder's didn't vote him in.As a shareholder, if this demonstrates any sort of character, I personally do not want a person like this running my investment dollars. Daniel Wolf was Julio's personal attorney, thought he could pull a fast one by playing games with people's lives....What man of character would post a message like this on their website about shareholders "[they'll be fighting for their lives, and won't have time to worry about Global 8."] Very disturbing indeed. What if Obama said this about his people? They'll be fighting for their lives and won't have time to worry about the U.S. economy." Would he be President...?

We can make change happen. Forward your frustrations to the SEC on the filings of the Proxy''s and minority shareholder's stalling the vote. We are entitled to the AGM, just let it happen. What are these people so worried about? If they are so great and can do miraculous things, we've given them 16 months to do so, and nothing has happened. The stock has declined to a penny. The stock has been removed from the OTC - onto the unregulated pinksheet market. This in its self is a terrible loss and a very big deal in financial markets.

This is it folks, it is all up to the majority shareholders to push, reach out to other shareholders and have the Secretary of State Nevada and the S.E.C. step in to force the AGM.

File complaints with the Secretary of State Nevada, Daniel Wolf is not a legal director/officer of G8.Did you know G8 is a defaulted company with the Secretary of State? DId you know the transfer agent resigned as they were unconfortable with SEC filings that didn't match Secretary of State records? Ask Mr. Wolf yourself. I can send you the links. Email me: ryan_0007@msn.com with any questions, thoughts or information. Keep the emails coming.

Please continue to email any correspondence you have been receiving, tape record conversations, emails whatever. Listen to the truth and at the end of the day, you the shareholder, owner of this company should be able to vote and decide what the next step will be.

Your faithful, loyal and honorable shareholder,
