Shareholders can make a Difference
Shareholders,
Many shareholders have contacted me with their concerns over what is going on with Global 8. If you want things to change, be part ofthe shareholder court action. In November, 2009, 78% of theshareholder's voted Daniel Wolf, Tad Simmons and Julio Ferreira toreturn all company property. Theboard refused the authority of the court, and were rebellious towards the direction of shareholders. Wolf did offer Branconnier a payout, which was refused.
This is our money, ourinvestment and we are part of the decision making process. There are noshort-term or long-term goals. If you would like to be a part of thecurrent shareholder litigation, contact the shareholder's attorney at Vincent and Reese.Shareholders are unhappy and disgrunted. We need to bring in a new team and initiate reorganization andrestructuring.
This board has shown no accountability, they do not hold honestdiscussions and their only intent was to extort Branconnier and G8.Daniel Wolf was and is Julio Ferreira's PERSONAL ATTORNEY.
Votefor a new board, we are in a crisis situation, without urgentintervention our investment is gone. We need to stick together as a teamand force an A.G.M. Vote for whomever you chose, at this point there isno business, no plans, no goals, no money and zero performance. What do we have to lose? Nothing, we've already lost it all. Vote for a new board and let your voices be heard!
