October 12, 2009, email from Tad Simmons to Julio Ferreira confirming Director Meeting/Financing and Tad’s response to Burback’s email. “We will certainly have to replace him. I guess you should confirm both Dan’s involvement and Brown’s involvement....I don’t think you owe anybody a report. “525”It was wrote, 7 days before the Board of Director's meeting. Let the law decide the "truth."
