GBLE 2 cents

How did Donald get 2,500,000 shares? How did Daniel get his 10,000,000 shares? This sounds like insider trading to me. John Thomas wasn't even announced yet nor any of the others. The email was sent to the shareholders attached with verbal recordings from Jeff Hallman and with GBLE financial projections. AND this was 10 months ago with a whopping 2 cents.

Hi all:

Please forward this to anyone who you feel should get it. Dan and I met today and I have a new proposal that might streamline things. My suggestion is, as self centered as it might be, that you all get together and hire me to turn the crank and get the company started up. I'll hire the other guys and we'll all do it together with my oversight and Dan's (the board's) permission and cooperation. Dan supports this idea as the company would not be so involved in taking of the funds for such a thing. I'll follow what was outlined in the proposal. Those numbers should stand just fine.

I and the people I get involved are only in it to grow the company as an actual revenue producing, value producing operation. The idea is to build the company into an eco-conglomerate, so to speak, and to capture market share in many markets relating to environmental technology, systems, processes, and sustainability.

(This is what I would do anyway. I'm just an advisor at this point. It will be up to Dan and John and those that follow). This is a great opportunity for all of us to actually jump in and do it. Money that is raised by the company will be directed only by the board of directors, currently Dan and soon to be John Thomas. Nobody else will be pulling strings.

To give you a bit of a feel for who will be working with me, I have attached an audio file that is a voicemail that Jeff Hallman, one of the consultants I will hire, left for me after receiving the proposal I sent earlier (attached also for reference). This will give you a chance to know who he is before we have a chance to all get on the phone together.

Buying the shares directly from Global 8 puts the money in the treasury for get the company started. I have attached a copy of the promissory note to be used to transmit the money to Global 8. As you can see, you are essentially buying shares of stock at the current price of .01/share. As Ed Severese and John Hallman do their job the price of the stock will start rising and you can sell some of your existing stock to recover this start-up investment money. Then wait for the real return as the company continues to grow.

Certainly you want to recover your original investment and this sounds like a slam dunk to me. I have mailed, Global 8,a check equivalent to 10% of my original investment. We need to raise $18,000.00 (see Tad's plan) to get Global 8 operational. Mail your check today and let's get Severese and Hallman working for us.

Any questions feel free to call Tad Simmons at or myself at .

Thank you for you consideration and involvement.

Donald Christensen, a fellow shareholder.
